Have You Seen the Little Horse?

The little horse came to live in the upstairs bedroom with his mother, his father, his sister, his friend the pinto pony, and his au pair. For many years he was content to remain on the bookshelf with his family and friends. But one day a smiling, waving kitty joined them. She told tales of wonderful strange lands, places far away. The little horse began to dream of adventure. He grew restless on the bookshelf, all cooped up. He longed for the days of freedom in the back yard in New Hampshire.
